Aura provides instant access to personalized digital reports after purchase. Because the content is generated and unlocked immediately, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been provided.

2. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue, duplicate charge, or billing error, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will review your request.

3. Subscriptions

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period. Your access remains active until the end of the paid billing period.

4. Refund Review

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests depending on the circumstances.
